Troubleshooting printer errors just got easier! The new Print Manager allows all Exatouch Users to identify printer issues and troubleshoot them more efficiently.
- The Print Manager is located in Print Settings under Manage Printers.
- Both USB-connected printers and printers on the network are listed within the Print Manager
- Status of each printer is displayed
- All order or specific orders can be cleared from the printer queue
- Print a test page from any installed printer
- An error icon will appear in the status bar
- Clicking the error icon opens the Manage Printers screen for Admin or Power Users
- Printer errors can be identified and more efficiently resolved from the Manage Printers screen.
