Price Override has been added to the Functions section of custom buttons. This will allow Power Users or Admins to override a price at the Register. Grocery stores and other establishments will appreciate quickly being able to override an incorrect price entry. Grocery Stores and other venues will appreciate the convenience of allowing any default item price to be overridden by clicking a price override button.
- Example: There are many ways to use the Price Override function. A grocery store may find that some prices are entered incorrectly into a system, or a customer may request a lower price on a slightly damaged item. When called to the register for a price adjustment, managers can simply press “Price Override”, enter their pin, and type in a new price for an item. It’s that simple!
- Price Override is now a Custom Button option. Grocery Stores and other venues will appreciate the convenience of allowing any default item price to be overridden by clicking a price override button.
- At the register, selecting Price Override will prompt the entering of a PIN. Power Users and Admin users can enter their PIN to authorize a price override.
