In-House Delivery Settings

In-house delivery settings include delivery fees, minimum order limits, delivery radius, and delivery hours.

In-house delivery settings are specified in Register Preferences.

  1. From Home, tap Settings.
  2. Choose Register Preferences.
  3. Select the Delivery tab.
  4. Tap on the In house option.

Notable Fields

  • Delivery fee: This delivery fee will appear on the customer’s order.
  • Min order: Specify a minimum delivery order amount. While submitting an order, Exatouch will display a message if the minimum order amount has not been reached. This option can be overridden at the register.
  • Radius: Available only for in-house orders. When a customer’s address is outside the delivery radius, Exatouch will display this message:  This message can be overridden by clicking Yes.
  • Delivery Hours: Designate in-house delivery hours. When a delivery order is placed outside of these times, Exatouch will display an alert message.  This message can be overridden.
