Messages are used to communicate with clients by email. Send birthday greetings and promo alerts to individuals or groups. If you are a service-based business, the Messages module works seamlessly with the Service Scheduling module so you can set up email reminders for clients. Emails settings must be enabled in order to use messages.

- Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders work in conjunction with the Services module, enabling you to send day-of or advance appointment reminders directly from Exatouch. Reminders can be customized with text formatting, links, and images.
To use this feature: Navigate to Home > Messages > Reminders.

Use Exatouch to schedule day-of or advance birthday greeting emails to customers. Birthday messages can be customized with text formatting, links, and images. It’s a great way to connect, build loyalty, and incentivize future visits.
To use this feature: Navigate to Home > Messages > Birthday.

Set up new marketing campaigns and send out email blasts with multiple, targeted distribution lists. Note that coupons can not be sent via email campaigns. Email campaigns can customized with text formatting, links, and images, and distribution lists can be saved or modified for future campaigns.
To use this feature: Navigate to Home > Messages > New.

Scheduled emails (including birthday greetings, marketing campaigns, and appointment reminders) can be viewed and managed from the Messages module. Email recipients can also be deleted from distribution lists.
