View Scheduled Messages

View and manage a list of scheduled messages within the Messages module.

  1. From Home, navigate to Messages > Schedule.Messages module highlighted with arrow leading to schedule submodule
  2. View scheduled emails. Scroll down to view a long list of emails.Events display in scheduling work area
  3. Select an email to view: Created By, Created Date, and a list of all email recipients in the To section.Email message selected from messages list
Delete a Scheduled Email

  1. Select an email from the scheduled email queue.Email message selected from messages list
  2. TapĀ Delete.Delete button highlighted in scheduling work area
  3. Tap Yes to confirm.

Remove an Email Recipient

  1. From the Scheduled Email section, select an email to view the message’s recipientĀ list.
  2. Select an email recipient from the To section.Customer email address highlighted in scheduling work area
  3. Tap the Delete button at the bottom right of the screen.Delete button highlighted in scheduling work area
