Deactivate or Delete an Employee

When an employee leaves or is fired, you can delete or deactivate them from your system.

  1. From the Home screen, navigate to Staff > Staff List.Staff module highlighted with arrow leading to staff list submodule
  2. Select an employee from the staff list.Employee name highlighted on staff list screen
  3. Select the global menu at the bottom-right of your Exatouch screen.Global menu highlighted on staff screen
  4. Tap Delete.

  5. Tap Yes to confirm.
  • Note: Staff are not permanently deleted. Rather, they are deactivated so you can reference their history and reactivate them if needed.
