Yes; Exatouch has the ability to process call-in auth which allows the merchant to call in and get an authorization number. Also available is the offline Store and Forward mode, which stores transactions and maintains them for 5 attempts, so they can be processed once internet connection is reestablished. An Exatouch Dial-up Terminal can also be configured as a backup option.
