Delivery Reports

Delivery reports provide valuable insights into all types of in-house and third-party delivery orders. Reports are organized by order, date, vendor, customers, and more!

Run a Delivery Report

Follow these steps to navigate to the In-House Delivery Status and Service Reports, as well as the Third Party Delivery Status and Service Reports.

  1. From Home, navigate to Reports > Delivery.
  2. Select a Range of dates and times for this report to cover (pre-defined or custom).
  3. Select a report format option:
    • Preview – generate and display the report on screen
    • Print – generate and print to your report printer
    • File – generate save to an inserted USB thumb drive
    • Send Excel – generate and prepare to send in PDF format as an email attachment
    • Send PDF – generate and prepare to send in PDF format as an email attachment
    • Send Word – generate and prepare to send in PDF format as an email attachment
  4. Tap the name of your report to run: Status Report, In House Delivery, Delivery Service or Delivery Service Status.
    • For In House Delivery, toggle the slider to the right to display only open In House Delivery orders.
    • For Delivery Service, toggle the slider to the right to display only open Delivery Service orders.
  5. Review, send, or save the report as needed.

Delivery Status - In House Delivery

Status Reports display an overview of how long in house delivery orders were on a particular status of the delivery manager. Reports group orders by employee.

  • Order ID – Order number from the delivery order
  • Date – Creation time/date of the order
  • Created By – Employee that started the order
  • N to R – New to Ready status
  • R to O – Ready to Out delivery status
  • O to D – Out to Delivered status
  • Total Time – Total elapsed time for order (new to delivered)

Delivery Report - In House Delivery
The In House Delivery report displays an overview of all in house delivery orders taken during a given time period. Reports group orders by the current status of the order, and then by employee.

  • Order ID – Order number from the delivery order
  • 3rd Party Ref – Ticket label entered by user when creating order in register
  • Date – Creation time/date of the order
  • Created By – Employee that started the order
  • Customer – Customer record attached to the delivery order
  • Last Activity – Last date/time of activity on the order
  • Base – Base amount of order before taxes, fees, and tips
  • Fee – Any delivery fee associated with the order. Fees not related to delivery fees (such as admin fees) will not display here.
  • Tax – Taxes collected on the order
  • Total – Sum of the entire order after taxes, fees, and tips added

Delivery Status - Delivery Service (3rd party)

Delivery Service Status reports give an overview of how long 3rd party delivery orders were on a particular status of the delivery manager. Reports group orders by delivery service used.

  • Order ID – Order number from the delivery order
  • Date – Creation time/date of the order
  • N to R – New to Ready status
  • O to D – Out to Delivered status
  • Total Time – Total elapsed time for order (new to delivered)

Delivery Report - Delivery Service (3rd party)

Delivery Service reports displays a summary of all 3rd party delivery orders taken during a given time period. Each Delivery Service receives its own page on the report. Reports group orders by status, followed by employee.

  • Order ID – Order number from the delivery order
  • 3rd Party Ref – Ticket label entered by user when creating order in register
  • Date – Creation time/date of the order
  • Created By – Employee that started the order
  • Customer – Customer record attached to the delivery order
  • Last Activity – Last date/time of activity on the order
  • Base – Base amount of order before taxes, fees, and tips
  • Fee – Any delivery fee associated with the order. Fees not related to delivery fees (such as Admin Fees) will not display here.
  • Tax – Taxes collected on the order
  • Total – Sum of the entire order after taxes, fees, and tips added
