Customer reports pull relevant information about customers from the Exatouch database.
Go to Home > Reports > Customers to run reports by name, date range, and other parameters. Reports can be previewed, printed, scheduled, and emailed.
Report descriptions are listed alphabetically below, by report name.

Track age verification data, including who verified and/or approved the age-verified transaction. Overrides are tracked as well.
- Date – The date of the transaction
- OrderID – A number assigned to the order
- Total – The total value of the transaction
- Customer – The name of the customer
- Age – The age of the transaction
- Verified by – The name of the employee who verified the customer
- Approved by – The name of the supervisor or manager who authorized the sale

Obtain basic customer information. Report can be filtered alphabetically by first name or last name.
- First Name Name – The first name of the customer
- Last Name – The last name of the customer
- Phone # – The primary contact number of the customer
- Birth Date – The birth date of the customer
- Email – The email address/ID of the customer
- Address – The address of the customer

Track customer visits for a specific time period.
- Customer Name (with sales #) – The name of the customers grouped by their number of purchases
- Phone – Primary contact number of the customer #
- Phone 2 – Secondary contact number of the customer
- Last Visit – The date of the customer’s most recent transaction
- First Visit – The date the customer was first entered into the system
- Current Staff Name The name of the staff who handled the most recent visit

Track all customers enrolled in a membership club.
- Customer – The full name of the customer
- Stat Date – The start date of the enrollment
- End Date – The end date of the enrollment
- Expired – The expiration status of the enrollment (Yes/No)

This report summarizes customer loyalty point balances for participants of Exatouch’s point-based loyalty program.
- Customer – The full name of the customer
- Earned – The number of loyalty points earned
- Redeemed – The number of loyalty points redeemed
- Expired – The number of expired loyalty points
- Available – The number of loyalty points available

View membership data based on Club and Sub Clubs.
- Description – A description of the club membership
- Price– The price customers pay to join the club
- Percent – The percent discount this club membership provides to the customers
- Enabled – The active status of the club membership

As part of Exatouch’s enhanced club membership feature, merchants can set expiration dates to help facilitate renewals. The renewal report enables merchants to identify which customers are due to renew their club memberships.
- Customer – The full name of the customer
- Start Date – The start date of the membership term
- End Date – The end date of the membership term
- Days Remaining – The number of days remaining in the membership term

Track customer sales based on zip code entered in customer profiles.
- Order ID – A number assigned to the order
- Customer Name – The full name of the customer
- Desc – A description of the menu item(Item Name)
- Ext amount – The extended price for each menu item

Track your top customers by sales amount. Filter by top 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 customers.
- First Name – The first name of the customer
- Last Name – The last name of the customer
- Phone # – The primary contact number of the customer
- Birth Date – The birth date of the customer
- Sales – The sales amount of the customer in descending order
