Add Staff to a Service Item

When staff are linked to a service item, appointments can be booked for the service. Don’t forget to add a new employee to the services they provide.

All staff can be assigned to a service, or individual staff members can be assigned to a service.

  1. From Home, navigate to Items > Service Details.Items module highlighted on home screen with arrow leading to services submodule

  3. Select a service item. Scroll or use the search options to narrow your choices.Catering service item highlighted and selected on services list screen
  4. Confirm that the correct service item has been selected.Catering displays in service field of services screen
  5. To add all staff to the service, select the All Staff checkbox.All staff checkbox selected and highlighted on the services screen
  6. To add individual staff to the service, deselect the All Staff checkbox. Then tap Add.Add button highlighted in add to staff work area of services screen
  7. Select one or multiple staff members. Scroll or enter a name in the Search field to find a specific staffer.Staff member carolina highlighted in a staff member list
  8. Tap Close.
