Manual Card Entry

Manual Card Entry is essential functionality for restaurants that offer delivery service. When a customer calls in an order, the card information is manually entered into the system. While this function is idea for merchants who take orders over the phone for pickup and delivery, it should only be used as a last resort when the customer is ordering in person.

  • Important: Before attempting any of the steps below, contact the Exatouch Technical Support Team to enable manual card entry on your system.
  1. After an order is complete, click Pay.  Click Pay
  2. Click Manual CC Entry.  Click Manual CC Entry
  3. Ensure the Credit Amount is correct.  Enter Credit Amount
  4. Enter all required information, indicated by a red asterisk.  Enter required information
    • Important: Credit card information should only be entered on the Exatouch screen. Any incorrect data will result in a declined payment.
  5. Payment is complete.  Payment is complete
