Customers Balance

Identify customers who have an open balance.

This report was developed for merchants who accept partial payments on orders, maintaining open orders for select customers. Summary available.

Customers Detailed

View detailed customer information.

This report provides a detailed transaction summary for each order, sorted by customer. No summary available.

Deleted Item

Better manage your staff by identifying any item which has been deleted from saved open orders or closed orders. Any item seen on this report should be researched by management to understand why an employee removed the item.

Delivery

Gain valuable insight into the delivery process, including a snapshot of current order status, customer information, and financial information. This report is designed to go along with Exatouch’s enhanced delivery feature, and it can be accessed from Sales Reports and directly from the Delivery Manager.

Delivery Status

Get a detailed look into delivery order statuses, and identify delays in the delivery process. Merchants use this report to improve delivery flow and alleviate bottlenecks in their delivery process. This report is accessed directly from the Delivery Module.

Matrix Sales

Reports Matrix sales by Group/Size/Color/Style/SKU/Category/Sub Cat.

Item Code

Displays all liquor items sold with associated item codes. This report is relevant for Ohio and Michigan liquor merchants.

Pay In/Out

View payouts by company and customer payouts.

Displays information about all pay-ins and payouts processed from the Register module. Also displays any memo or reasons recorded for a pay in or payout. Summary available.

Payment Transactions

A financial report which displays data on all payment methods used to process payments, including Cash, Credit, Debit, gift, EBT, Check, and any payouts used as a form of payment. Data is grouped by machine that the transaction was closed on. Summary available.

Payments

Get detailed information about payments received by clients.

View payments for Open, Paid, Refunded, and Voided orders.

Refund/Void Payments

This report shows payment type/types that were refunded. Runs in conjunction with the payment report. This shows refund types for split tender transactions, payout refunds etc.

Refunds/Voids

View info on any refund or voided transaction whether tied to an order or not.

Data is grouped by the machine that processed the refund/void. Summary is available.

Sales by Category

Identify sales trends within menu categories.

Sales data is sorted by Categories first, then by Sub Categories within each Category. A summary is available which displays data without Sub Category info.

Sales by Color

Track sales by color. Great for retail clothing stores or any vertical where tracking sales-by-color is important.

Data is organized by color as defined on the Items Details page. For example, a retail clothing store that wants to compare sales of different colored items. Summary available.

Sales by Custom Field

There are three custom fields that are definable on the Item Details page. This report will sort by values selected from each Custom Field drop down as defined within each item’s record. For example, if a liquor store wants to track sales related to the location of an item, they can define “Location of an Item” as a Custom Field. Another example would be a jewelry store that wants to track sales related to the material used; “Material Used” would be a defined Custom Field.

Sales by Date

Track how busy you are on specific days. Useful for identifying trends and determining how to schedule employees.

Sales data is displayed by date sold. This report is similar to Sales by Item/SKU/Category but sorted differently. Summary is available.

Sales by Item

Understand popular items sold during a defined time period.

Basic sales data is sorted by item “description”. Summary is available.

Sales by Location by Staff

See which staff members placed an order from a specific table location.

This report was developed for Table Service establishments. Only orders with payments attached are displayed in this report.

Sales by Manufacturer

Identify which brands are more popular than others. Make informed purchasing decisions based on brand popularity.

Data sorted by “Brand” or “Manufacturer” of an item. Summary available.

Sales by Margin

See profitability for each item sold.

Sales data is sorted by item, and reports margin in XX.XX% for each item sold. This Report shows margins based on the price the item was sold for and takes into account any discounts applied to the item.

Sales by Misc Item

Identify any items sold outside of inventory.

Transactional data is provided on any MISC Sale, or on Open Items sold at the register level. Data can be sorted by category if a category is chosen at the time of sale.

Sales by Service

Understand top-level services.

Transactional data is displayed on Services sold at the Register level. Summary option available.

Sales by Service

Track sales by size or volume.

Data is organized by size as defined on the Items Details page. For example: a liquor store that wants to compare sales of different sized liquor bottles (i.e. 750 ml, 1.5 L, 200 ml). Another example: a retail clothing store that wants to track sales of an item by size.

Sales by SKU

Understand popular items sold during a defined time period.

Basic sales data is sorted by SKU. Same data as Sales by Item but organized differently. Summary is available.

Sales by Staff Services

Excellent report for businesses who sell non-tangible services.

Provides transactional data on services sold. Data is grouped first by staff provider, then by services provided.

Sales by Style

Track sales by style. Great for retail clothing stores or any vertical where tracking sales-by-style is important.

Data is organized by style as defined on the Items Details page. For example: a retail clothing store that wants to compare sales of different style items. Summary available.

Sales by User

This report helps identify who processed a payment for a particular order.

Data is sorted by the User who was logged in at the time of dale. Summary is available.

Sales by Vendor

Displays all default vendors as defined on an item’s inventory page.

Sales data sorted by the Vendor of an item. Summary available.

Sales Transaction

A financial report which displays information on all transaction where any form of payment has been applied, including open orders with partial payments applied.

If a merchant has multiple machines, this report will group orders based around the machine the payment was collected. Summary available.

Service Charge

An overview of all Service Charges applied to customer orders. Service Charges are applied at the Register via a custom Service Charge button. Service Charges accrued are separate from Discounts applied to a customer’s order.

Settlement

Verify deposits from your processor. Also known as the Batch report.

Reports all sales where payment was processed with a Credit, Debit, or EBT card. Data is grouped by card type used and order id. No summary available.

Snapshot

The Snapshot Report provides a quick overview of your business data directly from the receipt printer. Now, you can conveniently choose which data to display within Print Settings!

Voided Open Order

Display information on voided orders.

Lists information on date, time open, time order was voided, and which staff member opened and voided the order. Summary available.

Zero Movement All Inventory

Displays items a merchant has sold relative to all items regardless of quantity in stock.

Zero Movement in Stock

Displays items a merchant has not sold, only reporting items where quantity in stock is greater than 0.
