Update Customer Details

Keep client records up-to-date so you can stay in touch and track their preferences.

  1. From Home, navigate to Customers > Customer List.Customers module highlighted with arrow leading to customer list submodule
  2. Select a customer. Scroll or use search options to find a customer.Customer list screen displays with several customers populating the page
  3. Review the Customer Detail work area, and enter updated information.Customer details screen displays
  4. Tap Save.Save button highlighted on customer detail screen
  • Tip! Keep accurate contact info for your customers so that Exatouch remains relevant to your clients. For example, keep email addresses and phone numbers current so your clients can receive messages and loyalty program updates.
