Designate an item as non-refundable on the Items Detail page.
- From Home, tap Items.
- Select Items List.
- Select an item. Scroll through a long list of items, or use search options to find an item. See: Find an Item
- Disable the Refundable check box. By default, items are marked as refundable.
- Press Save.
