Technical Support may request temporary remote access to your Exatouch system so they can better assist you. Remote access is granted with your permission for a discrete amount of time.
Follow these instructions to enable remote access:
- Select Global Menu from the lower left of any Exatouch screen.
- Tap the Cloud icon.
- The Remote screen displays.
- Remote ID: This nine-digit number is your system’s remote access identifier. Read this number to your technical support specialist.
- Turn On “X” Hours: Select a number from the drop-down menu. This is the amount of time you’ll allow Tech Support remote access to your system.
- Tap Turn On to enable remote access.
- Note: Remote access automatically terminates after the time specified in the Turn on “X” Hours setting. Tap Turn Off to manually disconnect remote access.
