Save time by submitting SCAN DATA Reports directly to Altria! Exatouch now offers two ways to directly transmit SCAN DATA reports:
- Exatouch now automatically transmits SCAN DATA Reports at a designated time. When this feature is enabled, Scan Data reports are generated for the previous week and automatically submitted on Tuesdays, as per Altria’s requirements.
- If you are interested in enabling this feature, contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team for assistance.
- New Transmit button enables you to generate a Scan Data Report and transmit the data with the click of a button.
- Specify a report date range in the new Scan Data section of the Utilities Menu.
