Deactivate and Reactivate Items, Categories, Promos, Staff, and Vendors

  • Last Updated: April 1, 2026

Merchants can deactivate and reactivate items, categories, promos, staff, customers, and vendors as needed. Doing so offers several advantages:

  • Less clutter on the register, easier to find what you need
  • Saves space and can speed up tasks
