Enable Customer Text and Email Correspondence
From Home, navigate to Customers > Customer List. Select a customer. Scroll or search to locate a customer. See: Find Customer Details or Enter a New Customer On the Customer Details page, enable Receive SMS text and/or Receive Email, according to preference. Tap Save.
