Item discounts are applied to a single item or to multiple items at the Register. For example, a local Italian eatery offers 10% off select seafood entrees. Apply an item discount at the Register or while reviewing order details.
- Navigate to an open order at the Register. See: Find an Open Order
- Click to highlight the item you wish to discount.
- Select Discount.
- Choose a discount, and tap Apply.
- Note the Discount amount and new order Total.
- Note: Discounted items are featured in GREEN at the register. Regularly priced items are featured in BLACK.
- Navigate to an open order at the Register.
- Tap to highlight an item.
- Select Discount.
- Choose a discount, and tap Apply Multiple.
- Click to highlight each item you wish to apply the discount to. Multiple items can be selected.
- Select Multiple Discount.
- Note the Discount amount and new order Total.
- Tip! Undo an item discount before payment by highlighting an item and tapping Undo Discount.

- Navigate to an open order at the Register.
- Select the Details tab.
- Select an item.
- Tap Discount.
- Select a discount, and choose Apply.
- Tip! Undo an item discount before payment by highlighting the item, and tapping Undo Discount.
- Note the Discount amount and new order Total.
