Void any Open, Open Sent, or Pending purchase order in Exatouch.
- Note: Purchase orders with any Completed status can’t be voided.
- From Home, navigate to Purchasing >Â PO List.
- Scroll or search to find and open a purchase order to void.
- Tap Void to void the purchase order.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
- The status of the purchase order changes to Voided.
- Note: Voided purchase orders remain searchable and accessible in the PO List.
