Non-Refundable Items

Merchants can configure Exatouch to make items non-refundable. Non-refundable items display as grayed on the Refunds screen.

Make an Item Non-Refundable

Designate an item as non-refundable on the Item Details screen.

  1. From Home, navigate to Items > Item List.Items module highlighted with arrow leading to item list submodule
  2. Select an item. Scroll through a list of items or use search options to find an item. See Find an Item.25 wings highlighted on item list screen
  3. On the Item Details screen, under the Details tab, disable the Refundable slider.Details tab highlighted with arrow leading to refundable slider
    • Note: Items are marked as refundable by default.

  4. Tap Save.

Non-Refundable Items at the Register

Merchants can determine whether or not an item has been designated as non-refundable by viewing the Refunds screen under the Local Menu.

  1. On the Register app, ring up an order that includes the non-refundable item and process payment.25 wings highlighted on item register

  3. On the Refunds screen, tap Find Order.Tap find order button highlighted on refunds screen
  4. Select the order with the non-refundable item(s).Order with non-refundable item highlighted on orders screen
