Enable SMS and email preferences within a customer record so they can receive text and email correspondence.
- Tip! Text and email correspondence can be used to send promotion details, loyalty program incentives, or appointment confirmations and reminders.
- From Home, navigate to Customers > Customer List.
- Select a customer. Scroll or search to locate a customer. See: Find Customer Details or Enter a New Customer
- On the Customer Details page, enable Receive SMS text and/or Receive Email, according to preference.
- Tap Save.
- Note: Confirm that telephone and email information is correct to ensure that customers receive your correspondence.
