Customize Staff Shift Report Preferences

Customize the Staff Shift report: print a quick overview of staff shift data directly to your receipt printer.

Access Staff Shift reports in one of three ways:

  • From Home, navigate to Reports > Staff. This opens the Staff Reports work area. Enter a staffer’s name in the Staff: field, and tap the Staff Shift report. The staffer’s report prints.
  • From the locked POS, staffers can tap Shift Report. Enter their PIN, and their personalized staff shift report prints.
  • When staffers complete clocking out, they can optionally print their personalized shift report. When prompted, tap Yes to print, or No to cancel.
Customize Your Staff Snapshot Report

  1. From Home, navigate to Settings > Print Settings > Staff Snapshot tab.
  2. Tap to enable or disable snapshot information for:

    • Sales orders – Enable All or enable specific sales details to include in the report.
    • Payment Transactions – Enable All or enable specific transaction details to include in the report.
    • Staff – Enable All or enable specific staff details to include in the report.
  3. Tap to enable and include Taxes, Promotions And Discounts, and any User Defined Reporting you have set up in the report.
  4. Tap Save to save your changes.
