Use Exatouch to print labels quickly and easily on report printers and supported label printers. Print labels to Avery-compatible label sheets or specialized labels that include pricing and barcodes.
- From Home, navigate to Items > Labels to open the Item Labels work area.
- Tap Add Items to build a list of item labels to print.
- Add items to your list of item labels to print.
- Use the green arrows to scroll through all items in inventory, and tap an item to add it to the list.
- Tap to select a Category, and an optional Subcategory to narrow your inventory selection. Tap an item to add it, or tap Insert All to add all items returned to the list.
- Enter a search term in the Search field to narrow your inventory selection. Tap an item to add it, or tap Insert All to add all items returned to the list.
- Use the green arrows to scroll through all items in inventory, and tap an item to add it to the list.
- Review your list of items labels to print.
- Tap Reset List to delete your list and start over.
- Select a line, then tap Delete Line to remove a line from your list.
- Tap Add Items to add more items.
- Set label quantities to print. By default, one label is queued for each item.
- Tap the Label Qty field to enter a new label quantity.
- Tap the Use button in the In Stock field for each item to change Label Qty to match quantity in stock levels.
- Tap Print to select a printer, label type, and starting position if applicable.
- Create a list of item labels to print.
- Tap Print, then tap Print On Report Printer.
- Tap to select a Starting Position for the first label to print.
Select a starting position other than 1 to print the first labels on a partially-used label sheet. - Verify label paper is loaded in the ready report printer, then tap Print to print your labels.
- Review your printed labels for accuracy.
- Create a list of item labels to print.
- Tap Print, then tap to select the label type loaded to your label printer.
- Verify your label printer is ready to print, then tap Print to print your labels.
- Review your printed labels for accuracy.
