Use Modifier Pages to organize MODS and find them quickly on the MOD tab. Modifier pages can be associated with ratios, which are especially useful for pizzerias when adding whole and 1/2 topping options on a pizza order.
- Example: A pizzeria groups its MODS into modifier pages: “Whole Toppings”, “1/2 Toppings”, and “1/4 Toppings”. Each modifier page is associated with a ratio: “Whole Toppings” – 100.00, “1/2 Toppings” – 50.00, and “1/4 Toppings” – 25.00. When a customer orders a “1/2 Topping” of mushrooms (A whole topping is $2.00), $1.00 is added to the order.
- Example: A restaurant specializes in burgers, offering many toppings on their burgers. These toppings are optional, organized into modifier pages: “Veggies”, “Meat”, “Cheese”. No ratios are associated with these pages.
The MODS pop-up appears when the “MODS” button is selected at the register, or when an item is ordered requiring the clarification of MODS. Optional MODS live on the MODS tab:

The first grey section of MODS displays modifier pages. Of the six modifier page buttons, five are customizable.  The “All Modifier” button is hard-coded.

- Tip! Modifier pages have generic label names (i.e. “Custom Label 1″, Custom Label 2”) but can be renamed in Custom Variables. See: Name Modifier Pages

Tap a modifier page to view the MODS organized onto that page.

Tap one or multiple MODS to add it to the customer’s order. MOD selections appear in the preview window and at the register.
