The first time you upgrade or activate our software to versions 2.0.8.291 or higher, you, the Merchant, or your duly designated employee must accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) for each licensed copy of the Exatouch software your business runs.
You may be prompted to accept this agreement again in the future if:
- Your hardware must undergo a factory reset.
- Electronic Payments, Inc. updates the End User License Agreement.
