Feedback Policy

Exatouch® Product Feedback Policy

Here at Electronic Payments, we take product feedback seriously. We value our clients and team members’ suggestions to help us assess immediate needs and build a superior product.

We use your suggestions and feedback to identify important features, pain points, and opportunities to ensure users gain the most value from our solutions.

How to provide feedback and/or suggestions

You can easily submit your suggestions to us online via the following link: https://help.exatouch.com/contact-us.

In addition to entering your contact information, we’ll ask you to provide the following:

  • Nature of the feedback: Feature Request, Integration Request, or Knowledge Base Suggestion
  • Details specific to the request, such as:
    • Why the requested feature is needed
    • Pain points and/or the specifics of what you’re trying to resolve
    • What the immediate and long-term impacts are to your business
    • Examples
  • Any screen captures, images, or materials that support your request
What happens to your feedback and/or suggestions?

All requests are set to the “In Review” status to ensure we can properly evaluate demand, gather use cases, and identify impact and value. Our team will work together to collect supporting information and prioritize as necessary.

Our team discusses our clients’ highest priorities and analyzes how incoming requests align with our product development strategies. Please understand that this evaluation process takes time. Due to the number of requests we receive, we will not be able to implement every one.

If the feature status changes to “In Development,” you will receive an email notification.

How long will it be before the product team reviews my request?

Requests are actively monitored and reviewed as a team on a monthly basis. Please ensure your requests are clear and concise so our team can evaluate and prioritize them.

What should I do if I submitted my request 6+ months ago and did not receive a response?

If you haven’t received a response and the request is still high priority for your business, please feel free to resubmit the request, ensuring it’s as detailed as possible. The updated request will enter “In Review” status. Please note: resubmitting a request does not guarantee development.

Thank you for your feedback, understanding, and support as we work together to build the best solutions possible.
