What is the System’s Automatic Timeout?
Based on the selection of Access Controls, Exatouch automatically defaults to timeout after 1 minute of inactivity. The Quick Lock feature can be enabled in which the system times out after 10 seconds of inactivity.
Is There a Limit to How Many Users Exatouch Supports?
No; Exatouch does not have a maximum number of users. All user permissions may be set and changed as needed.
Can I Still Process Transactions if My Exatouch System Goes Offline?
Yes; Exatouch has the ability to process call-in auth which allows the merchant to call in and get an authorization number.
